Has anyone made much use of potato flour? I was looking at it in Coles the other day and saw it has 0g protein. I guess it's like cornflour and it says it can be used as a thickener or as a coating before frying but I just wonder how it would be to cook cakes etc with it. Tried googling it but didn't get very much on it.

hi i use it in combination with low pro, cornflour & potato flours to make a nice tortilla for the kids, i've used it for a few other things like vege paties to hold then together etc.
